In a large bowl, combine Zucchini, Flour, Parmesan, Garlic, Lime, and Egg. Season with Garlic Plus, and Pepper.
Heat Olive Oil, and Butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Scoop tablespoons of batter for each Fritter, flattening with a spatula, and sauté until the underside is nicely golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip and sauté on the other side, 2 minutes longer.
