Zoodles Zucchini Noddles
Ingredients:

Zucchini, peeled, 3 mm noodles

Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Onion, thinly sliced stem to root

Red Finger Chili, finely chopped

Olive Oil
50 g
Butter
25 g
Parmesan Cheese

Lime Juice, and Zest
3 cloves
Garlic, crushed
3 g
Salt
3 g
Pepper, ground
3 g
Italian Seasoning, ground
Method:
In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add Butter, and Olive Oil, allow to get hot.
Add in the Onion, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, and Pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add in the Zucchini, and Tomatoes, mix well with all the ingredients, sauté for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, make a well in centre of pan. Add Garli, sauté for 30 seconds, mix well.
Remove from heat, add Lime, and Cheese, mix well.
Add in Parmesan Cheese.
