In a sauce pan on medium heat, add Oil, and Butter, allow to get hot. Add in Onion, and Chili, season with Salt, Thyme, and Pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add in the Zucchini. Be sure to stir everything around to evenly incorporate. Add Salt and Pepper, mix well.
Sauté for 5 minutes. Make a well in centre of pan, add Garlic, sauté for 30 seconds. Add in Basil, mix well. Deglaze with Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce.
Remove from heat, add in Lime, mix well.
