Preheat oven to 220 ℃ / 450 ℉.
In a bowl add Broccoli, Soy, Pepper, and Sesame Seeds. Toss until well mixed.
Add Olive Oil, and Sesame Oil, toss until well mixed.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add a rack. Place Broccoli on rack.
Roast 15 minutes.
