Add Mushrooms, sauté for 5 minutes. Add Onion, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 4 minutes.
Make a well in centre of pan, add a little Olive Oil if required. Add Garlic sauté for 30 seconds, mix well.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add Salt, Pepper, and Balsamic Vinegar. Mix well.
Add Spinach, and Lime, mix well, cover stir occasionally until Spinach fully wilted.
Top with Parmesan Cheese.
