Curry Powder
Ingredients:

Turmeric

Cloves

Pepper

Cumin

Coriander

Fennel
1 stick
Cinnamon

Star Anise

Dried Red Dundicut Chilies
Method:
Place ingredients in a spice grinder, grind until a fine granules.
In a skillet on medium heat, allow to get hot. Add ingredients, heat for 1 minute, until very fragrant.
Store in a sealed jar for up to 3 months.
