Caribbean Green Seasoning
Ingredients:
30 ml
Olive Oil
15 g
Mint, chopped
20 g
Basil, chopped
15 cloves
Garlic, chopped
5 sprigs
Thyme

Red Finger Chili, chopped

Lemon, juice
4 cm
Ginger, chopped
1 stalk
Celery, chopped
4 g
Oregano, ground
Method:
Place the Herbs, and Vegetables in a food processor, blend until smooth.
Extra may be stored in fridge for up to 1 month, or freeze in ice cube trays..
