Add in Onions, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add in Carrot, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté for 4 minutes. Add in Bacon, sauté for 6 minutes. Make a well in centre of pot, add Garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
Add in Tomatoes, Vinegar, Chicken Stock, bring to a boil. Add in Paprika, Pepper, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne. Add in Turkey necks, simmer for 90 minutes.
Remove stem from green beans, then snap each in half. Place green beans in a big bowl and cover with cool water. Add 1 tbs of salt and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse green Beans and add to pot.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Roux:
- In a skillet on medium heat add Butter, allow to melt. Simmer Butter for 3 minutes, until frothing slows. Add in Flour, sauté for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add Roux to pot, mix well. Serve
