Add Oil, allow to get hot. Add Onion, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Saute 7 minutes. Stir in Tomato Paste, sauté 2 minutes. Add Garlic, sauté 30 seconds.
Deglaze pan with Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce.
Add Beans, Bacon, Chicken Stock, Salt, Pepper, and Cayenne. Bring to a simmer. Turn heat to medium low, simmer for 90 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Note:
Add more Stock if mixture seems dry.
Add Cornstarch until desired thickness.
