Honey and Mustard Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 Kg
Chicken Wings, separated into 2 pieces each
60 g
Dijon Mustard
9 g
Yellow Mustard
50 g
Honey
13 g
Brown Sugar, Splenda
8 g
White Wine Vinegar
4 g
Salt
3 g
Pepper, ground
2
Dundicut Chilies, dried, ground
13 g
Hot Sauce
Method:
Preheat oven to 220 ℃ / 425 ℉.
In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place a rack. Place Wings on rack, then put in oven for 45 minutes.
In a bowl mix Dijon Mustard, Yellow Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Hot Sauce, and Chilies.
Put Wings in bowl with Mustard, toss wings until well coated. Waite 5 min and toss Wings again.
Serve
