Add Sriracha, Vinegar, Chicken Stock, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, and Soy Sauce. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring. Allow to cool enough to handle.
Place Sauce in blender, blend until smooth. Place Sauce back into the pot, bring to a simmer, simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add Cornstarch until desired thickness.
Put Wings in a bowl, add Glaze, toss until well coated.
