Add in Sausage, sauté for 7 minutes, (until well browned), while breaking up the Sausage. Remove Sausage, set aside, leaving Oil behind. Add Beef, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 13 minutes, (until well browned), while breaking up the Beef. Remove Beef set aside, leaving Oil behind.
Add Oil to the pot, allow to get hot. Add in the Onions, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 6 minutes. Add Celery, sauté for 4 minutes. Add Carrot, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add Peppers, sauté for 7 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Add in Onion Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cayenne Pepper, and Cajun Spice, mix well.
Add in Rice, sauté for 5 minutes, while stirring.
Make a well in centre of pot, add a little Oil if required. Add Garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, mix well.
Add in Stock, mix, bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 40 minutes. stirring occasionally.
