Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 Kg
Chicken Wings
120 g
Frank's Hot Sauce
11 g
Tabasco Sauce
45g
Butter
20 g
Honey
13 g
White Wine Vinegar
2 g
Worcestershire Sauce
10 g
Sriracha Sauce
4 g
Garlic Powder
5 g
Cornstarch, mixed in 25 ml Water
Method:
Preheat oven to 230 ℃ / 450 ℉.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place a rack. Place Wings on the rack, roast for 45 minutes.
In a pot on medium heat, add Frank's, Butter, Vinegar, Worcestershire, Tabasco, Sriracha, and Garlic Powder.
Allow Butter to melt, then bring to a simmer.
Mix Cornstarch in Water, add to Sauce. Allow Sauce to thicken.
Mix Sauce with Wings.
Serve
