Roast Broccoli Salad

Method:

Tahini:
- Preheat oven to 175 ℃ / 350 ℉. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread Sesame Seeds evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.
- Add Sesame Seeds, Salt, and Olive Oil to food processor, process until a paste.
Dressing:
- Combine all of the ingredients with the hot water.
- Refrigerate to chill.
Broccoli:
- Preheat oven to 220 ℃ / 425 ℉.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper, then place a rack.
- Peel Broccoli stems cut 1 cm strips.
- Place all of the all of the pieces of Broccoli into a bowl. Add Salt, Sugar and Pepper, toss to mix. Add Oil, toss until Broccoli coated with Oil.
- Spread the pieces of Broccoli in one layer on the rack. Roast for 15 minutes or until the Broccoli is ready.
- Remove from oven, add to a bowl, to cool.
- Serve with Yogurt dressing.
