Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Cucumbers, 3 mm slices

Radishes, thinly sliced
Dressing:

Red Finger Chili, finely chopped

Greek Yogurt
100 g
Sour Cream
45 ml
Olive Oil
30 ml
White Wine Vinegar

Lime, Juice
3 g
Splenda
2 cloves
Garlic, crushed
4 g
Garlic Powder
6 g
Salt
4 g
Pepper, ground
6 g
Dill Seed, ground
Method:
In a bowl add all Dressing Ingredients. Thoroughly mix.
Add Cucumber, Chili, and Onions.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
