In a fry pan add Bacon, turn heat to medium high. Saute Bacon for 7 minutes, (until Bacon just starts to get crispy). Set Bacon aside, allow to cool.
Croutons:
- Preheat oven to 175℃ / 350℉.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, add Bread. Dribble Olive Oil over Bread, add Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic Powder. Toss to combine.
Bake Bread for 15 minutes. Set Croutons aside, allow to cool.
- Sauce:
- I a bowl, using a fork mash the Anchovies until a paste forms. Add Garlic, and Salt, and mash. Transfer this to a bowl and add the Mustard, Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine. Add the Egg Yolk and while whisking vigorously, add the Oolive oil in a slow, steady stream to emulsify. Start with 1/4 cup of oil and add to the consistency desired. Add the Parmesan.
- Add Dressing, and Bacon to Lettuce. Use immediately.
