Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast Recipe

Garlic Plus

Sirloin Beef Pot Roast Sliced 1 inch thick
8 oz
Sliced Mushrooms

Onion, Chopped
5 cloves
Garlic, Crushed
1 tbsp
Butter
4 tbsp
Flour
3 tbsp
Corn Starch

Tomato, Diced
2 1/2 cups
Beef Broth
4 tsp
Beef Bullion
3
Carrots, Sliced
3 ribs
Celery, Sliced
1 tsp
Rosemary
1 tsp
Thyme
Method:
Mix Flour, Garlic Plus, Salt, Pepper in plastic bag
Shake beef in plastic bag, then rub in coating
Sear Beef both sides in Olive Oil, 3 min each side, Keep Juices
Melt butter in frying pan Medium Heat
Sauté Mushrooms for 3 min, add Onions, Salt, Pepper Sauté for 5 min
Add
Add Tomato, sauté for 2 min
Add broth and Bullion, Herbs
*Cook in slow cooker on high for 5-6 hours, or on low setting for 8-10 hours
Serve with Mashed Potato
