Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme on Pork Chops, rub in on both sides.
In a fry pan on medium heat, melt Butter. Allow Butter to get hot, add Pork Chops. Fry covered for 6 minutes, frequently baste Chops in Oil from the pan. Flip Pork repeat.
Remove Chops, cover, set aside.
Deglaze pan with Wine. Allow Wine to mostly reduce. Add Stock, bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add Cornstarch until desired consistency.
Serve Pork smothered in Sauce.
