In a food processor add oil, Bouillon, Mustard, Lemon, Garlic, Sal, Pepper, and Honey. Blend until emulsified.
In a roasting pan add Potatoes, and Chops, smother in Marinade. Place Chops in bottom of pan along the corners of the pan. Cover, marinate for 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 190 ℃ / 374 ℉.
To the pan, add Water, cover well with aluminium foil, place in the oven, roast for 1 hour.
Remove aluminium foil, mix and roast covered for another 45 minutes, until most of the liquid has reduced to a nice Lemony Sauce and the Pork Chops are golden.
When ready serve the Chops, and Potatoes with a generous amount of Sauce.
