Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 Kg
Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled, 3 cm cubes
225 g
Butter
180 ml
Milk
12 g
Salt
4 g
Pepper, ground
Method:
Add Potatoes to a pot of cold Water with 10 g of Salt.
Cover pot, bring Water to a boil. Partially cover pot, reduce heat to medium. Boil Potatoes for 20 minutes.
Discard Water, place Potatoes on low heat.
Add Salt, Pepper, Butter, and Milk to the Potatoes, mix well. Cover pot, allow Butter to melt.
Thoroughly mash Potatoes, mix well.
