In a pot of Water with 8 g Salt, and Baking Soda, add Potatoes. Bring covered pot to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium, partially cover, boil for 10 minutes. Drain Potatoes.
Add Potatoes to a large bowl. Add Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Toss to mix.
In a fry pan on medium high heat, add Butter, allow to melt. Add Olive Oil, allow to get hot.
Add Potatoes, flip every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes, (until done, or crispy on all sides).
