Poke several holes in Potatoes, then bake Potatoes for 120 minutes.
In a cold fry pan on medium heat, add Bacon. Sauté Bacon for 5 minutes, (until slightly crispy).
Cut Potatoes in half, then scoop out Potatoes into a pot, on medium heat. Mash the Potatoes, Add Bacon, Butter, Salt, and Pepper, mix well. Add whipped Egg Whites to Potatoes.
