Spare Ribs Honey Soy
Ingredients:
2 Kg
Side Ribs, cut into 1 bone pieces
8 g
Brown Splenda
40 g
Molasses
100 g
Honey
50 g
Knorr Chicken
60 ml
Soy Sauce
40 ml
Dark Soy Sauce
15 g
Sriracha Sauce
10 g
Worcestershire Sauce
18 g
Salt
7 g
Pepper, ground
1
Dundicut Chili, ground
1 L
Water, 100 ℃
Method:
In a roasting pan add all ingredients, mix well.
Add Ribs to Sauce. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 160 ℃ / 325 ℉.
Drain Marinade, discard Marinade.
Cover roasting pan, place in oven for 40 minutes. Mix Ribs, place back in oven, covered, for 40 minutes more.
