In a fry pan on medium high heat, add Oil, allow to get hot. Add Chicken, sauté for 4 minutes, each side, (until browned). Remove Chicken, add to slow cooker, along with the Marinade.
To the fry pan add Onion, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté for 7 minutes. Add Carrot, sauté for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, make a well in centre of pan. Add a little Oil if required. Add Garlic, and Ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Deglaze pan with Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce. Add contents of pan to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or cook on low for 8 hours.
Add Broccoli, and Zucchini, slow cook for 30 minutes.
Add Cornstarch, until desired thickness.
