Add Shrimp, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Saute for 2 minutes, each side, (lightly browned each side). Remove the shrimp from the pan, set aside.
Add Pork Belly, sauté Pork for 3 minutes). Add in Onion, and Chili sauté for 6 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, make a well in centre of pan. Add Garlic sauté for 30 seconds. Deglaze pan with Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce.
Add Cream, and Cream Cheese, then stir the pot to combine. Let the Sauce come up to a simmer. Add Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Add Spinach
Stir keep Spinach covered in Cream until almost cooked. Add Shrimp back in. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add Parmesan Cheese, mix well.
Add Cornstarch, until desired thickness. Add Fettuccine, mix well.
