Shake and Bake Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Kg
Chicken Thighs
500 ml
Buttermilk
125 g
Shake And Bake Seasoning
Method:
In a bowl add Chicken, cover with Buttermilk. Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat oven to 200 ℃ / 400 ℉.
On a baking sheet add parchment paper, then place a rack.
In a bowl add Shake and Bake Seasoning. Drag Chicken through Seasoning.
Place Chicken on rack, put in the oven, and bake for 50 minutes.
