Add Stock, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, and Worcestershire, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and then simmer 45 minutes.
Grind gravy with hand blender. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Roux:
- In a fry pan on medium heat melt Butter, allow to become clear. Add Flour until desired consistency. Saute Flour for 3 min. stirring constantly.
Add Roux to Gravy, turn heat off Gravy.
Add Oil to deep fryer set to 375F/190C, allow to get hot.

To serve add Cheese Curds, and Gravy.
