In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add Oil, allow to get hot. Add Chicken, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 3 minutes, turn, sauté 3 minutes more. Remove Chicken, set aside leaving Oil.

Add More Oil if required. Add Onion, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté 4 minutes. Add Bell Pepper, sauté 5 minutes.

Add Soup, Chicken Stock, Chicken Bullion, Sour Cream, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Oregano. Mix well.

In a 23 cm x 33 cm baking dish add a thin layer of Sauce to the bottom, then layer ½ the Chicken.

Layer little less than ½ the Sauce, and 1/3 of cheese. Add layer of Tortillas.

Add layer of Chicken, and almost rest of sauce, keep back 125 ml of Sauce. Add a layer of 1/3 the Cheese, and a layer of Tortillas.

Top with last of the Sauce, and last 1/3 of the Cheese.

Broil for 2 minutes, then bake at 175 ℃ / 350 ℉ for 40 minutes.
