Hamburger Bourbon Patties

Worcestershire Sauce

Bourbon

Tabasco sauce

Onion, Small finely chopped

Red Finger Chili, finely chopped

Cheddar Cheese, grated

Salt

Pepper
Method:
Mix in a bowl Beef, Bourbon, Egg, Salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Mix well.
Add Onion, Cheese, and Chili. Mix well.
Add Bread Crumbs, mix well.
Make into 200 g patties.
