In a fry pan on medium high add Olive oil, allow to get hot, add Onions, and Leek. Lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté 5 minutes, remove, and set aside. Add another 45 ml Olive Oil to the pan. Add Chicken, (careful not to crowd), lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 3 minutes, turn sauté for 2 minutes more.
Reduce heat to medium. Deglaze pan with Wine, allow to mostly reduce. Set Chicken aside.
Add Butter, and 30 ml Olive Oil to the pan. Add Mushrooms, sauté 6 minutes, set aside.
In a large bowl add Onions, Chicken, and Mushrooms, mix well. Add canned Soups, and Sour cream, mix well. Add spices, mix well.
Add Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Noodles. Give gentle but thorough stir.
Place in baking dish, cover, bake for 35 minutes. Add Cheese to top, bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
