In a fry pan on medium high heat add Oil, allow to get hot. Add Veal, (careful to not overcrowd pan), lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 3 minutes, turn repeat until all sides browned. Add Veal to Instant Pot, leaving Oil behind. Add Onion, and Chili to the pan, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 5 minutes.
To the pan add Cardamom, Cloves, Pepper, Oregano, Coriander, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Salt. saute for 1 minute. Make a well in centre of pan, add Garlic, and Ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
Deglaze pan with Wine, add pan contents to the Instant Pot.
To the Instant Pot, add Tomatoes, Yogourt, and Broth. Mix well.
Set pressure cooker to 40 min.
Add Corn Starch to thicken gravy.
Serve with naan.
