In a pot on medium heat, add Butter, and Oil, allow to get hot. Add Onions, and, Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Saute for 9 minutes. Add in Cumin, saute for 1 minute, mix well. Add in Carrot, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, saute for 5 minutes. Add Red Pepper, saute for 5 minutes. Add in Lentils, saute for 2 minutes.
Add Tomato Paste, saute for 2 minutes. Make a well in centre of the pot, add 7 ml Olive Oil, then add Garlic, saute for 30 seconds. Mix well. Deglaze the pan with Wine.
Add in Potatoes, Bouillon, Salt, Pepper, and Water. Mix well, simmer for 40 minutes. Add in Mint, simmer for 5 minutes.
With an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
Serve with Turkish Bread.
