Preheat oven on Broil

Remove casing from Sausage and put in a bowl. Add Smoked Paprika, Salt, Cumin, and Vinegar. Mix well.

Add Red Pepper, Onion, Chili, and Sriracha Sauce to Sausage, and mix well.

In a sauce pan on medium high heat add Olive Oil, allow to get hot. Add Sausage, sauté for 12 minutes, (until browned), while breaking up Sausage.

Place Sausage in a bowl. Grate Cheese in bowl with Sausage, add Cream Cheese and mix well.

Put Sausage Cheese mixture in casserole dish.

Put Casserole Dish in oven for 5 minutes.
