Stir in the Taco Sauce, Tomatoes, Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Pepper, stirring until blended. Simmer for 10 min. Add Refried Beans, cook until heated through, then remove from heat, and set aside.
Spoon the beef mixture down the centre, and then top with as much shredded Cheese as you like. Roll up the tortillas, and place them seam-side down onto a baking sheet. Brush the tortillas with melted butter.
Bake for 35 minutes, (until golden brown). Serve with Sour Cream, and Salsa.
