In a medium bowl add Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Salt, Pepper, and Sriracha. Mix with a fork until Cream Cheese has softened. Add the Peppers, Onion, Chili, and Garlic, mix them in well with the Cream Cheese.
On each Tortilla place 91 g of the Cheese mixture. Thinly spread the Cheese mixture over 1/2 of each Tortilla.
Roll up Tortillas, cut into 4 pieces.
Place the slices on the rack.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve with Pesto and Sour Cream.
