Mix Ricotta, Eggs, Mozzarella, Romano, Basil, Chili, Salt, and Pepper.
In two 33 x 24 cm baking dish, put 500 ml Sauce, and 20 g Romano. Stuff the Shells with Cheese mixture, then place in the baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Romano, and Mozzarella, over the Shells. Pour remaining Marinara over the Shells.
Cover baking dishes with foil, then bake for 1 hour. Remove foil from baking dishes, then bake for 5 minutes more.
