Coat Beef with Salt, Pepper, Garlic,, Sage, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, and Tomato Paste. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add Wine, to pressure cooker, then add coated Beef. Add Chicken Stock until Beef completely covered.
Pressure cook for 1 hour.
Remove Beef, then boil Sauce to reduce by half.
Mix Corn Starch into the Sauce until desired thickness.
Add Beef back into Sauce, reheat.
