In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add 125 ml Water, bring to a boil. Add Broccoli, cover, bring back to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium, simmer for 4 minutes. Drain Broccoli, set aside.
Add Oil to pan, allow to get hot. Add Chili, saute for 1 minutes. Add Chili, saute for 30 seconds. Add Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce.
Add Broccoli back into pan, Mix with Oil.
