Add Onions, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté for 5 minutes. Add Celery, sauté for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Make a well in centre of pot, add a little Olive Oil if required. Add Tomato Paste, sauté for 2 minutes. Add Garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
Add Zucchini, Red Peppers, Beans, and Potato, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 10 minutes.
Add the Chicken Stock, and Tomatoes, bring to a simmer. Cover, simmer for 40 minutes, (until the Veggies are cooked).
Remove the lid from pot. Add Basil, and Egg. Mix well, Egg will get stringy.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add Cheese, allow Cheese to melt. Add Cornstarch, stir until Sauce thickens.
