In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add Oil, and Butter, allow to melt, and get hot. Add Garam Masala, and Coriander, sauté for 30 seconds, (until aromatic). Add Onion, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté for 6 minutes, (until Onions start to caramelize). Add Carrot, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to medium. Add Garlic, and Ginger, sauté for 30 seconds, mix well.
To a pressure cooker, add Peas, Yogourt, Rice, Onion mixture, Potato, Chicken Stock, Cinnamon, Pepper, and Salt. Mix well, add Water, mix well again.
Pressure cook for 12 minutes.
Serve this hot with Cucumber Raitha.
