Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
- Cucumber:
- 1Cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2 gSalt
- 15 mlWhite Wine Vinegar
- Clean Cloth
- Note: Mix and let sit for 20 min. Place Cucumber in Cheese Cloth, then squeeze out liquid. Discard liquid and keep solids.
- 375 gYogurt, Greek
- 30 mlOlive Oil
- 30 mlWhite Wine Vinegar
- 5 ClovesGarlic
- 2 gSalt
- 6 gGarlic Powder
- 3 gPepper, ground
- 8 gDill Seed, ground
Method:
- In a blender add Olive Oil, and Garlic. Blend until very fine.
- Add Olive Oil to Yogurt, mix well. Add Salt, Pepper, White Wine Vinegar, Dill, and Garlic Powder. Mix well.
- Add Cucumber solids to Yogurt and mix
- Let sit for 1 hour
