Greek Meatball
Ingredients:
- 80 mlOlive Oil, for the saute
- 1 KgGround Beef
- 2Onions, finely chopped
- 1Red Finger Chili, finely chopped
- 10 gParmesan Cheese, grated
- 60 gBreadcrumbs
- 60 mlMilk
- 2Eggs, beaten
- 4 clovesGarlic, crushed
- 8 gSalt
- 3 g (ish)Garlic Plus
- 2 gOregano Dried, ground
- 3 gPepper, ground
- 0.5 gCumin, ground
Method:
- In a bowl, add all ingredients except for Oil. Knead together until incorporated.
- Form the Meatballs into golf ball sized potions.
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, add Oil, allow to get hot. Places Meatballs in sauce pan, (careful not to overcrowd), saute covered for 4 minutes, turn, saute covered for 4 additional minutes.
