Greek Chicken Gyro

Ingredients:

1 KgBoneless Chicken Thigh, Cut Chicken into 1 cm wide strips
Sauce:
- 2 clovesGarlic, finely Grated
- 1Lime Juice, and Zest
- 60 mlOlive Oil
- 2 gSalt
- 7 gPaprika
- 5 gCoriander Seed, ground
- 2 gOregano, ground
- 1Dundicut Chili, ground
- 0.5 gThyme, ground
- 4 gPepper, ground
- Note: In a spice mill, grind Spices, until very fine.
2Tomatoes, cut into 0.5 cm cubes
1Onion, cut into thin slices from stem to root, soaked in 45 ml White Wine Vinegar, and Water to cover for 20 minutes

Tzatziki Sauce

Method:

Sauce:
- Mix ingredients, until well combined.
In a bowl add Chicken and Sauce, mix well. Let marinate overnight.
In a fry pan on medium high heat add 30 ml of Olive Oil, allow to get hot. Add Chicken, (careful not to crowd the pan), saute 3 minutes, turn, saute 2 more minutes.
Serve with Naan, Tzatziki Sauce, Tomato, and Onion.
