Tarter Sauce
Ingredients:

Mayonnaise

Sour Cream

Relish

Shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves
Garlic, crushed

Lime Juice, and Zest
10 g
Dijon Mustard
6 g
Sriracha Sauce
5 g
Horseradish, finely grated
3 g
Onion Powder
2 g
Salt
3 g
Pepper, ground
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Chill for at least 2 hours or better overnight before serving.
