Using a standard bowl with a 12 cm diameter, place it over the Dough, using a knife cut around the bowl, this is how we´re going to shape our circular Empanada Dough, you should end up with 12 circles of Dough.
Empanadas:
- With a circle of Dough, add the filling, (careful not to overfill). Fold the dough over the filling, to end up with a half moon shape, pinch the outer edges to seal the Empanada, then pich edges with a fork for double insurance, add to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Brush the Empanadas with Egg.
Place Empanadas in the oven, bake for 15 minutes
Serve warm, enjoy!
