Peas Mushy
Ingredients:

Onion, finely chopped
20 g
Butter
1 clove
Garlic
130 g
Peas, frozen
2 g
Salt
5 g
Pepper, ground
1/2
Lime Juice
30 ml
Cream
8 g
Mint, leaves, finely chopped
Method:
In a pot on medium high heat sauté Onions, until clear. Reduce heat to medium. Make a well in centre of pan, add Garlic, sauté for 30 seconds. Add Peas, Lime, Salt, and Pepper.
Heat for 3 minutes. Add Cream, and Mint, heat for 1 minute more.
Crush Peas.
