In a bowl add Flour, Baking Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Mix well.
Add Beer, mix well. Add Honey, and Egg, mix well.
Let Batter sit overnight.
Heat Oil to 180 ℃ / 350 ℉.
On a plate add Flour., Salt, and Pepper.
Cover Haddock with Flour, shake off excess.
Dip Haddock into Batter, let excess Batter run off, then add to deep fryer.
Fry Fish for 2 1/2 min. Flip then fry for another 2 1/2 min. Until golden brown.
