Add Onions, and Chili, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus. Sauté Onions for 5 minutes. Add Red Peppers, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, sauté for 5 minutes. Put Vegetables in a pot, and set aside, leaving Oil in Pan.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add Butter to fry pan, Sauté Mushrooms for 3 minutes, stir sauté 3 minutes more. Make a well in centre of pan, add Garlic sauté for 30 seconds. Deglaze pan with Wine. Add Mushrooms to pot.
Place pot on medium high heat. Add Thyme, Basil, Chicken Stock, and Bullion to the pot, mix well. Cover pot, and bring to a boil.
Add Farfalle Pasta. Stir often for about 20 minutes, until the Pasta cooks.
Remove from heat, add Corn Starch, mix until Sauce thickens.
