Fill a large pot with Water, 6 g Salt, and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat to medium.

In a large bowl, mix together the Eggs, Salt, Olive Oil, and Milk. Gradually stir in Flour to make a stiff batter.

Using a Spaetzle maker, make Spaetzle over boiling Water, until surface covered. Cook for 10 min. repeat until dough is used up.

Water and drain in a colander or sieve. Rinse with warm Water.
