Mix Meat, Onions,, Rice, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Red Pepper Flakes in bowl.
Cabbage:
- Fill large pot with warm Water. Mix in Salt and Vinegar.
Add in Cabbage, bring to a boil, then boil for 40 minutes. Remove outer leaves that are cooked, place Cabbage back in Water. Repeat process until all leaves are cooked.
- Preheat Oven to 175 ℃ / 350 ℉.
Mold egg sized portions of Meat and roll up in Cabbage Leaves.
Hold Cabbage leaves together with tooth picks.
Place into roasting pan and cover with Tomato Juice.
Cover roasting pan with tin foil.
Roast Cabbage Rolls for 2 ½ hours.
Refrigerate overnight, (taste much better reheated).
